The new Micromax 20DX walk-behind automatic scrubber with traction drive provides smaller facilities two alternatives to larger scrubbers in just one machine. The Micromax 20DX operates with either a rotary disc scrub deck for deep cleaning, or a cylindrical brush scrub deck that sweeps and scrubs at the same time. The scrub decks are easily interchangeable without tools for maximum cleaning flexibility. The traction-drive feature, available for the first time on a 20” scrubber, makes the unit “self-propelled” to minimize operator fatigue.
The Micromax 20DX scrubber uses a patented low water-usage system that eliminates guesswork by regulating the right amount of water for the job. The machine holds 9.6 gallons in both the recovery and solution heavy-duty polyethylene tanks. The scrubber can be ordered with either scrub deck, and the second deck is available as an option.
The Micromax 20 DX is equipped with a standard onboard battery charger for quick and convenient charging without the aide of a charging station. Both traditional wet acid and gel battery models are available. Plus the unit operates at a hospital-quiet 65 dB A sound level.
